Easy & Hassle-Free Returns

We stand behind the quality of our LensMoo Smart Glasses. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of receiving your order for a full refund.

Key Conditions:

1. Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 7 calendar days of the date you received the item(s).

2. Item Condition: To be eligible for a refund, the item(s) must be returned in their original, unworn, unaltered, and resalable condition, with all original packaging, accessories, tags, and protective films intact. The item must show no signs of use, damage, or wear.

3. Proof of Purchase: Please include your original order number or packing slip.

4. Return Process:

   • Contact our Customer Support team within the 7-day window to initiate your return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

   • Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.

   • Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.

   • Ship the return package to the address provided by Customer Support using a trackable shipping method. We recommend insuring the package, as you are responsible for it until it reaches our returns center.

5. Refunds:

   • Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days after arrival), we will process your refund.

   • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

   • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

   • Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective item).

Important Notes:

• Items that are damaged, altered, used, missing parts, or not in their original condition will not be eligible for a full refund and may be subject to a restocking fee or returned to the sender.

• This policy applies only to purchases made directly from our official store/website.

• For defective items or items damaged in transit, please contact Customer Support immediately upon receipt.
